Our CEO Tatiana Fofanova, Ph.D. has been chosen to represent Koda Health as a 2024 Rock Health Innovation Fellow! This fellowship serves to advance #digitalhealth solutions that prioritize marginalized and neglected communities in health like Koda's ACP Platform. We're proud to have intentionally crafted our #AdvanceCarePlanning Experience that published research shows is bridging equity gaps across historically disadvantaged demographic groups. This is through thoughtful design decisions centering these very populations that are often afterthoughts in our healthcare system. For example: - Our #product is a cloud-based patient platform that functions optimally using any internet-enabled device, no matter how old it is. -Our #KodaCares program provides a human touch to patients who need it ranging from the seriously ill to those who are unable to read.
