I watched the entire TedEx video from Judge Victoria Pratt on YouTube and couldn’t resist myself from sharing the key take aways: Treat people with Fairness, Dignity & Respect. Aslo, how beautifully she emphasised on some important points. 1. Give people the opportunity to speak 2. Maintain neutrality 3. Understand process, consequences and what’s expected of them 4. Ask the right questions 5. Match your actions with what you say At the end, what matters the most is showing a little kindness to people. #leadershipskills #leadershipmindset
