Immensely proud of amazing progress and growth. Being a leader is not a title but a hugely responsible and demanding role. Only the most curageous managers look in the brutal mirror of psychological needs of their followers and say “I want to improve and undergo a mindset and behavioral shift, because I know I must serve my team better.” This is what we helped Jan Bohinec’s team of leaders do. They took the challenge —— and succeeded. Not just in - incepting new conversations into their weekly and quarterly rituals - significantly raising their engagement scores and eNPS across a 100 people division but also in - achieving their clearly articulated OKRs. 💪👏 ALL OF THEM. Urša Svetelj was the guide in the field and we dilligently rolled out the Thriverse Thriving Leadership Team journey - 5 months of sweat, tears, hard work, effort, highlights, joy, insights, interactions, difficult conversations, restructuring of weekly calendars, expanding their comfort zones, and calibrating with their teams Such an achievement and joy summiting - and we can’t wait to support this and other GEN-I, d.o.o. teams climbing their next summits.
