Fastest diesel of the event. Diesel tuner of the event.. the valley run drag races 2023. We did it again. 2 nd year in a row. #zeus fastest diesel of the event, and fastest diesel time ever at the valley run till date, record yet to be broken by anyone. this was the second year running our in-house Car X3 –30 D tuned to stage 3, Currently done 1,12,000 kms and the tires that I used for the drag race had run 26,000 kms, having said that the car had no special preps, it got five people in the car to attend the event with the boot full of luggage, we ran the car full weight (no strip down) with quarter tank of diesel and just parked as is for the quarter mile run. why am highlighting this as an enthusiast, many people come to me and they think you need lot of money to make a Fast Car, this car wining is a great example and gives you a different perspective and the myths, its a average looking heavy SUV and did the trick, you just need right kind of mods and reliable tuner who gives you a good remap/advice (with bolt on mods) for daily drive, and at the same time can make yourself competitive for the drag race competition, Zeus (X3-30d) is a living example And has proven it time and again. with the smallest Bolton hybrid turbo making 420 bhp/ 850 nm, with no custom fuelling, stock rims and tyres from factory manage to do a blistering time of 12.2 sec which not only made her win in Diesel open, but also was faster than many expensive cars which participated in the event. This car had no special drag map and will be as fast on the street, because that is where we will be driving our cars most of the time. Pirelli has announced its tyre allocations for the ninth round of the World Rally Championship season, Rally Finland. In Finland, the prime is the new-generation soft compound Scorpion KX WRC SB, featuring a revised construction that ensures greater durability and resistance compared to its predecessor, while delivering the same level of performance. The option tyre is the hard compound Scorpion KX WRC HB, suitable for more abrasive surfaces and longer stages. Crews can use 28 of the prime and eight of the option tyres. SailGP race starting out of Sydney Australia right now! Sail boats and sail boat racing is one of my passions ( The other is motorcycles. ) What are you into? I think sail boat racing is fascinating. Especially is working such a technological industry. It is just wind and skill. No wind = no race. Very windy = fun race. Sometimes it is nice to get back to the basics. The hydro foils lifting a 45' boat clear out of the water (over 1m (over 3') high) and letting it travel at speeds of 60+km/h (37+mph) is astonishing. Test of my willpower and strength Our entire life, and our evolution in general, is about developing further and being prepared to go beyond physical and mental limits. There are hardly any physical challenges in my job, so it's important to test these too. The RACA 500 adventure starts for me in exactly two weeks' time, with around 540 km and over 10,000 metres of altitude to ride on my racing bike (Grossglockner with Edelweißspitze, Gerlospass, Kühthai, Hahntennjoch, Hochtannberg, Fontanella Faschina, etc.). However, this race should also serve as preparation, as I will be riding the Race Across Switzerland again in August, where both the distance and the metres in altitude have to be mastered with a factor of 2. All in all, it's about willpower, overcoming weaknesses, problem-solving skills and endurance. All factors that we also need in our normal lives and jobs. So I also see these adventures as a ‘free’ seminar in personal development. #Cycling
