The Future of Work with Artificial Intelligence Lately, I've been frequently asked about my perspective on Artificial Intelligence (AI) and whether it will result in widespread job loss. Personally, I don't see things that way. However, I do acknowledge that we are facing significant changes. Initially, there is likely to be a substantial reduction in the workforce of companies, which we are already witnessing with large-scale layoffs. However, on the other hand, I anticipate a significant increase in the creation of new businesses. Each of them may employ fewer people, but thanks to AI, each worker will be able to achieve much higher productivity than currently. AI will make possible projects that were previously unfeasible due to high costs. Furthermore, it is important to note that the time for product development is likely to be shorter, cheaper, and of higher quality, thanks to automation and process optimization provided by AI. However, it is essential to emphasize that AI does not replace humans. It requires someone to detail step by step everything that needs to be done, validate the results, and bring the pieces together. Collaboration between humans and AI is crucial to fully harness the potential of this technology. According to a study by the World Economic Forum, by 2025, automation could eliminate 85 million jobs, but it should also generate another 97 million, resulting in a net positive of 12 million jobs. Ultimately, I view these changes optimistically in the medium and long term. However, it is crucial not to become complacent. We must continue to improve our skills, not only within our areas of expertise but also in the use of AI to assist us in our work. We will all be affected inevitably, and if we do not master these tools, the adaptation process could be more challenging in the future. #FutureOfWork #AI #ArtificialIntelligence #JobMarket #Automation #WorkforceChanges #ProductivityBoost #NewBusinesses #TechnologyTrends #WorkplaceEvolution #SkillsDevelopment #Collaboration #HumanAI #EconomicOutlook #JobCreation #WorkforceTransition #AdaptationChallenges #DigitalTransformation #Innovation #EmploymentTrends

No one knows yet quite how AI will impact work in the long term, but many experts largely agree that AI will not replace most workers anytime soon. “AI will reshape the labor market,” says Nick Bunker, director of economic research at the job board Indeed. “It’s just not clear how it will reshape it.” Some predict that it will create more jobs—but some workers are currently training their own AI replacements. But the layoffs happening now show that AI hype, not futuristic AI colleagues, can cause thousands of people to lose their jobs. Will ya be keen to know everything about what AI can offer in terms of jobs, career, business and entrepreneurship, investing etc... How to protect oneself in this upcoming AI wave?
