#InstaiQ #socialtalks #thinkingability #literate or #educated Certainly! Education doesn't guarantee rational thinking all the time. Educated individuals can still engage in nonsensical or irrational thoughts or behaviors, just like anyone else. Intelligence and education are not immune to moments of whimsy or absurdity. What could be the #solution to this? For students or individuals who tend to react whimsically or absurdly in social situations, a few strategies might help: #Self_awareness: Encouraging self-reflection to recognize when they are reacting in ways that might be perceived as whimsical or absurd. #Mindfulness_practices: Techniques like mindfulness meditation can help individuals become more aware of their thoughts and emotions, allowing them to respond more intentionally in social situations. #Social_skills_training: Providing opportunities for individuals to learn and practice appropriate social behaviors and communication skills can be beneficial. #Cognitive_behavioral_therapy(CBT): CBT can help individuals identify and challenge irrational thoughts or behaviors, leading to more appropriate responses in social settings. #Peer_support: Creating a supportive environment where individuals feel comfortable discussing and addressing their social challenges can be helpful. Ultimately, it's important to approach these situations with empathy and understanding, recognizing that everyone has their own unique struggles and experiences in social settings. All best wishes to her. she will achieve a milestone and will share his knowledge for the nation building.

Mindfulness is becoming a powerful tool in schools, helping to improve not only mental health but also emotional resilience and even academic performance! According to a review by Tina Marshall and her team at Westat, school-based mindfulness programs like Learning to BREATHE, Mindfulness in School Project (MiSP), and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) have shown significant benefits for middle and high school students. These programs teach students to focus on breathing, recognize emotions, and manage stress—skills that help them navigate daily challenges with more clarity and calm. For elementary students, programs like MindUP and the Gaia Program focus on promoting empathy, kindness, and gratitude. These practices not only enhance emotional awareness but also reduce symptoms like stress, rumination, and depressive feelings. As mindfulness becomes more widely adopted, further research is needed to ensure that these interventions benefit all students, especially those from underserved populations. https://lnkd.in/eTDEUGGg #MindfulnessInSchools #MentalHealthMatters #EmotionalWellbeing #Resilience #SchoolWellness #MindfulKids #StressRelief #CompassionInAction #MentalHealthAwareness

🌟 Supporting Teachers’ Social-Emotional Health 🌟 Meeting the social-emotional needs of our teachers is essential! 💙 After all, how can teachers fully support their students if their own well-being is neglected? Here are some strategies to bring SEL into focus for our educators: ✨ Mindfulness Practices: Start meetings with a short breathing exercise or guided reflection. ✨ Peer Support Groups: Create opportunities for teachers to share experiences and offer support. ✨ Self-Care Encouragement: Promote work-life balance and encourage activities that help teachers recharge and stay energized. When teachers are supported and cared for, everyone in the school community benefits! Let’s make SEL for educators a priority. 💪🌼 #TeacherSupport #SEL #TeacherWellbeing #PositiveSchools #EducationLeadership #TeacherSelfCare

Empowering teachers to prioritize their well-being is crucial in the demanding field of education. As educators, we must be data-driven and constantly strive for excellence. However, it's equally important to take care of our own mental and emotional health. Implementing mindfulness practices, even just a few minutes a day, can have a profound impact on our well-being and ultimately shape the minds of our students. Let's prioritize self-care and empower ourselves and our students to be in control of our emotions. Melishia Brooks thanks for sharing these great self-care tips with our New Teachers. How we frame things significantly contributes to our overall happiness, and psychological and emotional well-being. 🧠 Re-framing how we think about instead of dwelling on negativity, helps us find opportunities for gratitude, growth and learning in challenging situations. 💫 We can help our children see situations and events from different perspectives. For example, if they are upset about a rainy day, encourage them to enjoy indoor activities like reading or making something. Or if they are upset after a sports match where they didn’t perform as they'd hoped, instead of focusing solely on the outcome, highlight their effort and skills progress. It's not about having to be positive all the time, it's about helping them to look at things differently, to see challenges in a new, more constructive light. By doing this, we help children understand that challenges are not roadblocks but stepping stones to improvement and support their development of resilience. 🙏🎥 #Reesewitherspoon #resilience #reframing #emotionalintelligence #childrensmentalhealth
