Happy New Year, my dear colleagues, partners, clients, mentors, leaders and teams who ARE my friends and bigger family! The other day, someone asked me when we should stop saying "Happy New Year," and without hesitation, I responded, "Until the next New Year!" Why? Because every day is a fresh start, a new chance to learn, forge meaningful connections, run marathons, climb mountains, explore new horizons, and achieve greatness. When we talk about success, we often focus on strategy, direction, innovation, technology (AI is undoubtedly the present and future!), smart processes, investments, ROI, and the bottom line. These are essential, but I believe the most crucial element of this success formula is people. I am immensely grateful to have crossed paths with so many inspiring, collaborative, supportive and talented individuals. ( If I tag you I will need 1000 pages to post - you know who you are ❤️)They are the true assets I genuinely cherish, making every moment of this journey worth celebrating—not just at the start of a new year, but every single day. It takes 30 years to start It tomorrow!

2024 marked a monumental leap forward for biologit. biologit MLM-AI, and the newly launched biologit Database solidified their positions as industry leaders. Exceeding the milestone of 100 enterprise licenses was not just a testament to our technological excellence but also a validation of the trust and value our partners place in our solutions. This year wasn’t only about numbers but also about innovation. The product enhancements and the launch of the database for local literature opened new possibilities for active safety surveillance, addressing the needs of enterprises globally. Each new client brought fresh challenges and opportunities, pushing us to refine our technology and expand our impact. My Year in Numbers: Personally, I thought I’d taken a quieter approach to travel this year—only to discover I’d boarded 38 flights! Living on an island, my only other choice is by boat 🚣♀️ 😅. On the ground, I represented biologit at 16 events—as a speaker, panelist, and networker. Each event was a platform to share biologit's vision, strengthen partnerships, and absorb insights from a dynamic industry. The demands of this visibility extended beyond logistics to wardrobe upgrades: my conference suits saw a stylish evolution from Massimo Dutti to Max Mara Fashion Group (thank goodness for that 50% discount!). Looking Ahead to 2025: The horizon looks even brighter for 2025. If projections hold, biologit will surpass 1,000 enterprise licenses. This isn’t just growth; it’s transformation and scale! The next year promises to amplify everything we’ve worked for—more innovation, more partnerships, and even more travel (time to strategise a more sustainable wardrobe plan).

We threw our 2nd once-in-a-lifetime event in less than 3 weeks late last month. It was an incredible affair that raised the bar on the ultra -luxury experience. Simultaneously it was a executed with many sustainability initiatives taking place in the background. From Winnow's A.I. system being used in kitchens to mitigate food waste to a focus on local produce and proteins. From compostable/biodegradable serviceware when reusable wasn't an option to reusable bottles given to use at refill stations across property to even a drone show to replace fireworks. We brought in additional recycling bins to process the massive increase in cardboard, have expanded warehouses to house the incredible installations/decorations for future events and all the trees/shrubs installed to make magical settings around the resort are being transferred to new permanent homes or to temporary homes in a new nursery we are building in order to reuse/replant trees for the future. All of these initiatives not only help save the environment and support local businesses, but also save the resort money on the bottom line. Can't wait to see what we do next.
