Kotak Mahindra Bank I am writing to share my distressing experience at Kotak Mahindra Bank, which left me demoralized and mentally exhausted. Despite my efforts and achievements, I faced constant humiliation and a lack of support. I was moved to another team with the assurance it was temporary, but this promise was not kept. In the new team, my manager and team leader frequently humiliated me instead of offering guidance. Even after successfully closing an LI product, my efforts were ignored. The workplace lacked acknowledgment, motivation, and positivity, even during festive occasions. The toxic environment severely affected my mental health. I experienced anxiety, panic attacks, and thoughts of self-harm, forcing me to resign. When I cited mental health as the reason, my manager mocked me, sarcastically asking for medical proofs like X-ray and blood report. Adding to my distress, HR failed to resolve my complaint for two months, and when I mentioned legal action, they responded with indifference and dropped the case. I request immediate release and action against those responsible and urge Kotak Mahindra Bank to address employee grievances more effectively and support mental health concerns. Kmbl317579
