Dear Kotak Mahindra Bank Team, Congratulations on this achievement. However, as a customer from last 7 years I have been associated with you and still your team, without doing due diligence/ prior intimation freezed my account on 24/07/24. Now see the pain which I have gone through: 1. On calling customer care I was told to submit re-KYC docs in branch. 2. I visited branch and they told me that Monitoring team has frozen my account due to profile mismatch. I clearly told them that the transactions in my account are from my husband who is my nominee too. So they dropped an email to central team but there is NO TAT for that. 3. I reached out to my old RM who helped me in getting the field RM assigned to visit our home for Re-KYC. He visited 5 days back (08/08/24) and told me that my account will be unlocked in 48 working hrs. 4. After 4 days (post 48working hrs) on Monday 12/08/24, when I reached the field RM back he told me that he'll confirm me the status today. On 13/08/24 when I reached back again to field RM he told me that he'll confirm. Just now I have got to know that since his (or branch's) internet was not working, my re-KYC documents could not be uploaded and the whole process will be reinitiated. What a CR team and CX!
