My advice for any business: find a cause you’re passionate about and rally your team around it. Getting involved with a charity isn’t just about giving back – it’s an opportunity to bring your team together around something meaningful. It boosts morale, unites people behind a common goal and creates a sense of purpose beyond the day-to-day work. Plus, businesses can have a significant impact on smaller charities and organisations that may not get the same attention as larger organisations. Supporting a cause is a win-win. It’s great for the recipient, great for your team, and great for your company culture.
