You have over 30,000 options, but can only choose one... 🤔 Make the right choice and you're 3.5x more likely to outperform your competitors, make the wrong choice and you'll lose time and money. Here are my tips for finding your perfect recruitment partner... 1. PLAN: Consider your requirements and be clear on the talent that you need and when you need it. Engage with agencies in advance of needing their services. 2. ABILITY: Consider the specialism, volume, geography and seniority of your needs. Does the recruiter have the specialist knowledge, network and reach to uncover and attract talent in those areas? 3. METHODS: Look into their candidate attraction, screening and interviewing methods like skills tests or behavioural assessments. Are you confident they will add value and introduce the best candidates available? 4. REPUTATION: Consider their reputation - What do previous clients say about them? Is there a trend? Check testimonials and case studies. 5. TRUST YOUR INSTINCTS: Do they seem honest and transparent? Are they a good listener? Do they reflect your values? Did I miss something? Let me know. P.S.
