What a Year! Hello, 2025! 🎉 2024 was a rollercoaster ride of "Will get back to you by EOD" (when Thursday EOD somehow turned into Sunday first half), "Please find attached" (without the actual attachment), and "Let’s connect offline" (which never really happened). It was a year of innovation: crafting presentations, coordinating across teams and time zones, drafting proposals, managing endless follow-ups, and handling the hectic process of tender submissions. Along the way, we celebrated small wins that kept the momentum alive and big wins that made all the hard work truly rewarding. To my incredible clients - thank you for your trust, collaboration, and the opportunities to grow together. Massive respect for call center agents who work through the holiday period and keep essential services connected at what can be very stressful times. Going above and beyond to help the vulnerable while also taking calls from less understanding customers whose problems aren't as serious. All those who have ever worn a headset through this period, in whatever industry, will no doubt have some great stories share. The next time you are with someone you know who has or is working as a call center agent, ask them about their best and worst call, take interest and you will probably have a different way to engage with agents in your own future calls. Most importantly, thank them for doing what they do, in sometimes the most pressurised environments where they have to balance customer needs with tight call targets within the business.
