I have tried to upgrade Modern Periodic Table because Modern Periodic Table consists of 118 elements and as best of my knowledge around 140 elements are discovered or prepared till now so it is necessary to make a new periodic table. In addition, I have tried to make a law cum provision which we can use to add new elements to be prepared or discovered. It is necessary because we are increasing our speed of research and countries are taking more interest in developing more powerful nuclear weapons and in both the conditions it is possible a new element will be found or formed.
