The AllHere/LAUSD stories keep coming. Schools value relationships with vendors. If the relationship is going well, they may ask your edtech company to offer more. I've heard this happen to multiple early-stage edtech companies. From a marketing perspective, I always suggest focusing your offerings on what you do best rather than saying you do everything. This helps showcase your expertise and attract the right schools with clear messaging. From a sales perspective, it's easier to discuss the breadth of your offerings when you're talking one-on-one.
