Athens and New York are two of my favorite cities, each captivating in its own way. As someone who works in strategy, I've always been fascinated by the story of Athena becoming the goddess of strategy. Visiting Athena's olive tree at the Acropolis in Athens is a must for any leader. Athens, known as the city of wisdom, offers a wealth of historical and cultural insights that can inspire strategic thinking. In New York, the The New York Public Library is an incredible place to visit, housing more than 50 million books and ranking as the third largest library in the world. Here, you can find the famous quote by Albert Einstein, “Question everything except from this statement,” which underscores the importance of curiosity and critical thinking—key elements in strategic planning. Athens and New York are sister cities, both vibrant and diverse, where people from various backgrounds come together, enriching the cultural tapestry.  Last week Norse opened a new route between #Athens and #NY making it even easier for travelers to explore these iconic cities. This new connection brings to mind Mark Twain's wise words: “One must travel to learn.” For leaders and strategists, experiencing the historical depth of Athen and the dynamic energy of New York can provide invaluable insights and inspiration.

Dear Norse Airline Customer Service, I am writing to express my disappointment with the recent experience (8/19/24). I had with your airline. Despite my expectations of a smooth and comfortable journey, I encountered numerous issues, including delayed flights, inadequate customer service, 2 people in my family party that got left behind in the UK, and subpar in-flight amenities. These problems not only disrupted my travel plans but also affected my overall satisfaction with your airline. I had hoped for a more reliable and customer-focused service, and I am disheartened to find that my experience fell significantly short of these expectations. I trust you will address these concerns promptly to improve future customer experiences. Sincerely, A VERY UNSATISFIED CUSTOMER (Kateria Simmons) ***PS I will let EVERYONE I know and I will leave bad reviews everywhere possible!!!

I was lucky enough to have time to visit the olive tree at the Acropolis soon after we launched our flights last week. An inspiring city which is now accessible to more leisure and business travellers thanks to Norse ✈
