Habits have a compounding effect, and this bestseller Atomic Habits by Jamesclear clearly talks about how life can be improved by developing good habits & breaking the bad ones. Inspired by the very thought, few things that I follow religiously: 1) A 45 mins brisk walk every morning which boosts my stamina and makes me feel better. (aur free main I get the energy and positivity from the sun) 2) A 15-20 mins no equipment workout (generally I follow Cult Fit videos) which helps me tone my body, strengthen my core & most importantly correct my posture. 3) As mentioned in the video, I generally climb stairs instead of using an elevator. 4) Last but not the least, a fruit a day. (I end up eating papaya/banana every day as it is always available) And I am sorted! #worldhealthday #stayhealthy #wellness #refresh #rejuvenate #Digicorp
