My biggest takeaway from having attended the G2 conference this past month: there is an immense need for collaborative work between educators within schools and educators outside schools. School and independent counselors need to acknowledge each other’s importance to achieve the best outcomes for students. 💡 In a field where students are already competing with each other, professionals need to align goals. 💡The point is, that educators within schools and outside schools are both working towards the betterment of students - competing with each other is only going to thwart growth for the benefactors i.e. students. 💡Opportunities like this conference only help us interact with each other better, understand each other better, and work well in conjunction.
