Depending on the quality or other properties, the ash is transported to a fly ash silo via a pneumatic transport line. EREF has funded multiple projects on landfill emissions measurement that have utilized the tracer correlation method... going as far back as 2010. Time and time again this method has demonstrated consistency and accuracy in controlled release tests, including the most recent effort in partnership with St Francis Xavier's Fluxlab.
