Krzysztof Misiak MRICS’ Post

Some walks are for health, others for safety. 🚶♂️🚶♀️🔍 Another #CWalk Cushman & Wakefield is behind us, in an excellent company! With Colin Wilson, Jonathan Hallett, Zuzanna Paciorkiewicz, PhD, MRICS, and Łukasz Włodyga leading the way, we explored two iconic office buildings under our management in Warsaw – The Warsaw HUB and Rondo 1. Our goal with these walks through managed properties is to highlight safety issues, but also to have open conversations in search of even better solutions. Our observations confirmed the high safety and maintenance standards of the visited sites, and each of us had the chance to discuss these matters directly with Colin, the CEO of #CushWake for the EMEA region.   This gathering highlighted the core of our culture – where leaders and operational teams come together, not just to inspect, but to connect, share, and improve. A huge shout-out to our operational teams for their relentless dedication and for making such events insightful and fun.   #OneCushwake #OperationalExcellence #SafetyFirst #WeMakeItSafe

Can’t tell you how delighted I am to see this - a group of our most senior leadership taking time out to focus on safety and good governance across our operational platform. I regularly speak to colleagues in the field who experience these visits - it matters and it makes a difference. Thank you to all involved!
