The 'ExecTech' (haha my working title - please forgive me) space is so interesting to be in. Our research to date has been super powerful in working out how Astronort will help with some of the painful parts of taking a company from point A -> point B. I thought I'd share the areas that have risen to the top of the 'most important/most urgent to solve' pile: ✅ Deciding: the structured process of getting aligned to a decision point 🚦 Prioritising: balancing short and long term goals, and keeping focused on the right things 🔀 On track/Off track: knowing when things are drifting or not as impactful as expected, seeing emerging risks and issues ⚖ Running Scenarios: weighing up different options as part of the decision making process 🔎 Objectivity: current and balanced facts about the situation rather than gut feel or bias towards specific agendas 🚨 Responding to market movements: adapting the plan quickly to meet the market conditions We are hoping to help with all of these over time and have our roadmap planned accordingly, but what are resonates with you in the above list?
