Coaching competition teams can be exhilarating and tiring too. Sometimes I feel so human and lose hope from time to time when the path becomes rough and people question your ability to lead. At times I lose sight of my path and get distracted by obstacles along the way. I then have to find my way out of it so that I can lead my team to better times. Being in a competition team is a journey of encouragement and I have to keep pressing into it. Encouragement for my team which is in turn encouragement for me. Today marked the end of the Scania Group Innovation Factory Program Boot Camp for the 2024-25 batch. It has been a great privilege to develop, lead, and facilitate these four fully packed days of workshops together with Linda Fragner and David Finnegan.
