Q. “Differerece between investing money in NFO of any new mutual fund and already existing performing mutual fund in terms of future returns.... Pls explain” A. NFOs are basically new mutual funds. In the case of NFOs, it is hard to say what its returns will look like. For existing mutual funds, you can always look at past returns and get an idea. In the case of NFOs, we can look at some other factors like the fund manager’s reputation, investment objective, category and subcategory, etc. For new investors, it is just simpler to invest in existing mutual funds.
