The email positions this as "We've made a huge improvement to our delivery speed", but what about selection and pricing which were significantly better on regular Bigbasket. And I believe these are also the important parameters for your wider audience to optimize v/s Instamart, Blinkit, Zepto, Amazon Fresh etc. Your PMs clearly have not thought of this pricing issue and this is likely to impact platform loyalty. To quote few examples: 1. 4-pieces Royal Gala regular apple - Available at Rs. 182 on regular BB (still accessible via Tata Neu) v/s Rs. 196 on BBNow. 2. 100g ginger - Available at Rs. 10 on regular BB v/s Rs. 13 on BBNow. If it's a conscious call to stop regular Bigbasket altogether, then call it like that - we all understand QCommerce has lower cancellations, lower returns and the higher pricing can drive margins and you also need to become profitable.

bigbasket.com Really needs to up their game in the Grocery space. When I order Food items on any of the QC platforms, a refund for bad quality is instant. Share photos and done. But on Big Basket, there are only 2 options - Return or Exchange and I need to specify the time slot when the bad items will be picked up. How old-school BigBasket has become? Trying their live chat past 15 mins, but the option itself is not opening.

This was a frustrating and pathetic experience upon my recently cancelled order by bigbasket.com - BNN - 1506815309-20240722 on 22nd July 2024. First of all, I made a mistake in placing an advance-paid order from Big Basket, after that - you guys cancelled my order without the customer's consent and without informing the customer about the real issue/reason behind the cancellation. I have placed an order for my older parents who are unable to go to the market & shop - but at last, no order was delivered & also money has not been returned to the customer till now. !! WOW - what a service bigbasket.com !! When I talked to big-basket customer care, the person said BB has done the job & it's the customer's responsibility to check with the bank...May I know why customers have to run behind banks because of the Big Basket Fault? The amount should be automatically refunded back to the source account within the given TAT, if not it's Big Basket's fault, not the Bank's fault or the customer's fault. bigbasket.com has to take full responsibility in these situations. And YES - I was not the one who cancelled the order, the order was cancelled by Big Basket itself. Anyways, I went to the bank & they said they couldn't see anything on the portal for this refund amount. I showed them the transaction ID as well provided by the customer care person. It's been more than a week but still, the amount has not been refunded back and there is zero support from bigbasket.com I am surely going to share this pathetic experience on all social media channels, people also should know about these problems/issues faced by BB customers. bigbasket.com team - If you continue giving this kind of service, you are surely going to lose your customers.
