Fineness Test cement sieve Test: In this test, about 100 gm of cement is taken on 90 micron sieve. Air-lumps are broken down by fingers. The sample is sieved continuously with circular and vertical motion for 15 minutes. The residue left on the sieve is weighed. The value should not exceed 10% for ordinary cement.
