Can you notice anything unusual in this screenshot ? and No ! , I am not talking about the hike in orders during prime day sale. What I want to show is the approx same number of orders few days prior to amazon prime day sale and exact number same number of orders on both days of prime day event. and by exact I mean exact 'X' number of orders on both days. its not even 'X+1' or 'X-1' orders. So if you think you have received good numbers of orders on prime day. Think again, because I believe you could have performed better if there hadn't been order cap on you. Also, If you think you receive less number of orders on daily basis, you now know who to blame. #ecommerce #amazon #amazonfba #primeday #amazonprime

Yes there is definitely some sales capping done on the accounts and amazon never accepts it. They are experts in finding faults in our strategy and no matter how much stock you send to FC's or how many PPC ads you run, entire control is in amazon's hands. They can make you and break you at any time. PS- This capping is mostly done on small sellers who pay the most commission per order.

Here are something you should answer, they may help: 1. Have you considered checking your regional visibility ? If you regional visibility is low, take the top 3 states from your MTR and make sure to start with you are present there and all top 5 sku are replicated. 2. For each day the sales total figure may be same, but is it same on per sku level as well ? If that's a yes, there is still scope to expand. 3. There are many levers inside Amazon. Have you tried a combination of levers on a single ASIN? Example Deal + Coupon with SP, SBV ? Make sure to run the experiment for atleast 14 days to allow Amazon for sales attribution. Hope it helps.
