Frankenburg Hires Former Commander of US V Corps, Largest US Army Unit in Europe Former Commanding General of the United States (US) Army’s V Corps, Lieutenant General (retired) John S. Kolasheski, has joined the leadership team at Frankenburg Technologies as a strategic adviser. In this new role, Kolasheski will be responsible for helping Frankenburg develop products that effectively address the growing aerial threats faced by European customers. “The US Army’s V Corps is the largest and most capable operational army unit in Europe, making it the most reputable collaboration partner for European allies. Kolasheski (born on 8 November 1966) served as the Commanding General of V Corps from 2020 to 2024. He previously served as the 2-star Commanding General for the US Army’s 1st Infantry Division and Fort Riley from 2018-2020, and served multiple tours in Europe, Iraq, and Afghanistan during his 34-year career.
