INTRODUCTION TO HPLC👇🏻 High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) is a powerful technique used to separate, identify, and quantify components in a liquid mixture. The process involves injecting a sample into a stream of solvent (mobile phase) which carries it through a column packed with a solid material (stationary phase). As the sample moves through the column, different compounds in the mixture interact with the stationary phase at varying degrees, causing them to separate.
