I see patients at their worst state when they land in ICU. Those who survive come out extremely debilitated. They have: 1. Physical ailments 2. Depression 3. Anxiety 4. Yesss!!! I completely agree—prevention is key. Over-reliance on prescriptions can sometimes feel like a bandaid approach, treating symptoms but not addressing the root cause. I am passionate about getting to the root cause and helping people create sustainable change- so they can live happy, healthy lives!!
That is hopefully all of our goals - to avoid seeing you in your work environment! We all need to become accountable for our health and wellness.

The time not spent on preventative measures is disheartening so the more we can help people believe that they deserve to give themselves permission to take care of themselves, the better!
