🎉 I'm excited to share that I've obtained a new certification: Vibration Training Category 1+ from Istec International BV! This comprehensive training covered key aspects of vibration analysis and condition monitoring over 8 modules, which included: Principles of Vibration: Understanding how vibrations can indicate machine conditions and identifying causes like misalignment, unbalance, and resonance. Data Acquisition: Utilizing various vibration sensors and systems to measure displacement, velocity, and acceleration. Signal Processing: Applying Fast Fourier Transform (FFT) to identify deviations in vibration patterns and diagnose root causes. Condition Monitoring: Implementing predictive maintenance strategies based on continuous and periodic vibration monitoring. 📢 I am super excited to share that I’ve completed #Vibration_Training_Category_1+ ISO-certified 18436-2 CAT machine vibration condition monitoring offered by Istec International Academy. I have learned about the principles of machine vibration, basic motion, period and frequency, amplitude peak, peck-to-peck, and RMS, as well as parameters like displacement, velocity, acceleration, natural frequency resonance, critical speed, etc. In data acquisition about instrumentation, such as transducers, sensors mounting, test procedures, computer database upload, recognition of poor data, etc. Whenever the signal processing FTT application is used, FTT analysis (FTT: Fast Fourier Transformation) and also condition monitoring basics with fault condition recognition, fault analysis, etc. In the end, of course, I have a little bit of knowledge about corrective action, basic maintenance action, electric motors, generators, pumps & fans, compressors, machine tools, structure and pimping, gearboxes, and all over about vibration testing procedures.
