I had a feeling this poll would go something like this but was expecting salary to be the #1 answer although I do not agree with it and although it is not surprising for me, I do think people are thinking short term value here.
Equity being the least selected option really makes me think that people do not understand the value in owning a part of a growing business.
I understand remote work is very nice right now, but most of the people that answered this poll are young in their careers, and if you would select working remotely instead of equity I fear you will always be an employee instead of an employer.
I also realize that is not everyone's goal, but owning a business or a piece of a business can set you and your family up substantially for the future.
Remote working does little in terms of long term benefits unless you are building a family etc, but it is definitely a nice thing to have in the moment.
I also believe it does not need to be 100% of 1 thing and 0% of the other, a potentially blended combination could be a good route to take but again is interesting to see the value that is put on remote work.
We will definitely be taking this into consideration when we are offering people to join KlearLink as we want to meet our potential employees on what they find most impactful. This also will not stop us from educating them on the value of owning a piece of the business and what it can do for them long term.
How would other business owners consider this information in terms of what they are offering to future employees?
I am interviewing loads of people for KlearLink and think I know how this poll will go, but wanted to get a sense of my networks opinion.

I am back to cold calling and I personally enjoy it, although I know not everyone feels this way.
For any golfers out there, over coming an objection that leads to booking a meeting is like hitting those 1 or 2 pure shots during a bad round that always keeps you coming back
Cold calling when done the right way, can be very rewarding!
Looking for someone with experience in R2R staffing to work alongside Louis Beck
You will sit in our office in Philadelphia with myself 3 days per week, and 2 days remote focused on filling R2R roles

Been long enough and know some of you were anticipating this post, but the time has come!
We are very excited at KlearLink to officially launch into the space that we know and love! #ServiceNow & #Salesforce
I spent the last 4 years building Oscar Technologies ServiceNow and Salesforce practice from the ground up and have officially gone out on my own with one of my best friends Louis Beck to create KlearLink.
We started Oscars ServiceNow and Salesforce practice from my apartment during covid in 2020 with just 2 laptops and a folding table. We cultivated relationships with clients and candidates and really enjoyed our time and all of the friendships we built there. It was hard work but work we always enjoyed.
We grew the team from 2 -> 20 and watched many of our friends careers grow with us. That is something that I will always be really proud of.
Now that we have gone off on our own we are ready to get back into the market and help ServiceNow and Salesforce professionals find their next home!
If you are on the market or looking to hire and want to chat to people that have been in the ServiceNow/Salesforce space for years, reach out to and we would be happy to chat.
Louis Beck will continue to run our Rec2Rec division and will soon be hiring someone to assist with all of those needs. The Rec2Rec market has been great for us and still something we will be heavily investing in.
Look forward to reconnecting with all of you and excited to officially get started!
