Sure, you may be able to get lean for a few weeks, maybe even a few months if you have a lot of willpower, but it’s inevitable that you’ll crash and fail if you don’t place FEELING good as the top priority on the hierarchy of health + wellness. It’s not difficult to stay in shape year-round when you feel good, but it’s next to impossible to when you feel like crap.
