I'm a high achiever, so I surround myself with people who inspire and elevate me. If you’re serious about your goals, then it’s time to take a hard look at who you let into your circle. Negative, draining people can wear you down, while those who are positive and motivated help keep you energized and focused. Your energy is your most valuable resource—protect it.
