Candy Shop - 50 Cent https://loom.ly/uceBg8s I can’t speak for ‘ol girl, her cheap homegirls or their broke men, but I cant say my candy shop is at an #airbnb or a #motel6 or in the back of my #prius. Honest question, if it’s like 7+ of y’all, you couldn’t all go in on a nicer room? Or even a luxury rental with #turo? Not to say car canoodles can’t be fun, I just prefer to have space, with leather seating that is temperature controlled like my #rangerover in Santorini Black and Caraway Interior. What I do know is that folks need to upgrade their lives and if we’re setting up shop to shoot a movie, the #fourseasons is bare minimum. Even ‘Your Mistress,’ requires a spa day to herself before play at #stregis. Now in the case of ‘ol boy his candy shop is one of those white vans that lure in kids. I watched those #strangerdanger videos back when I was young. Good people we cannot forget the fundamentals we learned as children and a #chipotle gift card ain’t gonna cut it; the food cost is too damn high. I can’t speak for everyone else, but I don’t let men I don’t know drive me home. I’ll walk or take a #Lyft because they care about the safety of women and nonbinary passengers and drivers. I would much prefer we satisfy our sweet tooth in the house that we own where I don’t have to worry about smiling on #candidcamera because if I’m not with my husband, I have no business being anywhere he can’t pull up to come get me. After all, we have enough rooms to play out our own version of #50shadesofgrey.

Wondering how to adjust your spending behaviour to realign with your #PersonalFinance goals? Start by avoiding #spaving (spending more whilst convincing yourself you’re making a saving) 🛍️🎁 Adding extra items to qualify for free shipping is the perfect example. No judgement - we’ve all done it. I caught my other half doing it this morning with kitchenware. A load of plastic boxes appeared when all we needed was baking trays! Why? Free shipping when you spend more! The thing is… if those items cost more than the shipping, and they weren’t on your list, you’re spending more than you intended to when you set your #budget. Waiting for the January sales to buy those extra items could be a better option. For more tips read this 🛒

The #GirlScouts caught me! The lovely girls in blue, brown and green taught me a few valuable--and tasty--lessons in sales, marketing and even operations. 𝗟𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗼𝗻 𝟭: 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁. These young ladies strategically positioned themselves inside the mall in front of an anchor store which was a few steps away from Starbucks! Why not pair a delicious #ToffeeTastic® with that latte! I even like how they creatively setup shelves to display the different cookies. 𝗟𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗼𝗻 𝟮: 𝗜𝗻𝗳𝗹𝘂𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗿𝘀 & 𝗗𝗲𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗖𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻. No need to pay someone to share their favorite cookie on Instagram or do the latest #Do-si-do® dance challenge on TikTok. Just have one of your fellow scouts and chaperones walk around the mall holding a few boxes of cookies and the news will go viral. 𝗟𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗼𝗻 𝟯: 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗹𝘆 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗶𝗻. The dad-on-duty was on point and was managing the palletization like a pro! I got a little worried because the #ThinMints® were looking a little sparse but he assured me he had full container loads in the parking lot. 𝗟𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗼𝗻 𝟰: 𝗖𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗿 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲: I thought I could use the "but I don't have cash" excuse but the Daisy told me she accepted Square, Zelle, Google Pay, etc. Then I said I would only get a couple of boxes because I wanted to keep my hands free and out of nowhere a Brownie popped up and gave me a recycled bag to hold my #Samoas®, #Adventurefulls®, #Lemonades®, and #Trefoils®! Needless to say, I didn't stand a chance. 𝗗𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗮 𝗳𝗮𝘃𝗼𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗲 #GirlScoutCookie? P.S. I plan to share my cookie haul 🍪 https://lnkd.in/gwP8hVsx

Alcohol is EVERYWHERE in the supermarkets on the lead up to Christmas and can be a minefield particularly in early sobriety!! As your Sober Christmas Fairy 🧚🧚🧚 here are my TOP 5 TIPS of getting to the checkout booze free: 1. NO BOOZY GIFTS 🧚🧚🧚 Yes a bottle of wine is an easy present to give, zero thought required. But don't put yourself in a position where you add an extra bottle to your basket for yourself. There are a million other options for a gift ... Vouchers, candles, blanket or even a posh hot chocolate!! 2. TAKE A MATE 🧚🧚🧚 Going to the supermarket with a friend who supports your sobriety will make it far less likely for you to pick up a bottle! 3. STICK TO YOUR BUDGET 🧚🧚🧚 Make a list of what you're going for, take cash, leave the card at home. This way you can only buy what you planned for. 4. CHANGE YOUR STORE 🧚🧚🧚 Use your local green grocers, butchers or small businesses if you can, they're far less likely to have booze PLUS you'll be supporting local small businesses. 5. PLAY IT FORWARD 🧚🧚🧚 Picture how putting the booze in your basket will play out in reality. More booze, drunk, hungover, shame, arguments, hangover, guilt ..... and all the other things that come with it for you. It's not worth it. You hold all the power when you leave it on the shelf. Merry Christmas 💚🎄💚 #top5 #sobertips #supermarket #sobrietycoach #coach #sobriety #sober #soberinspiration #fromtinyseedscoaching #fyp #soberchristmas #christmas #lifecoach #coaching #soberlifestylecoach #sobersuperpower #youcandoit #soberconfidence

📌 SEO Content and Creative Writer 📌 Crafting powerful brand identities that resonates and gets noticed. 📌 Ready to rise above the noise? Let's bring your brand to life!
"Chie, could you get "Queens meal" bread on your way back?" my mum asked as I was heading out the door. "Sure," I replied while grabbing my purse from the couch. First, I stopped by our usual grocery store and walked to the bread aisle, but the shelf for "Queens meal" bread was empty🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️ A friendly employee noticed my puzzled look and said, "Sorry, we're all out. They've not delivered to us today but other breads are available though" Oh, I see. That's fine, I'd just check the next store" I replied, not expecting the adventure that lay ahead.🤧🤧🤧 My second stop was the mini supermarket close by. As I approached the "Queens meal" bread section, I noticed the shelf was empty as well. A stock clerk nearby shrugged, "We sold out early this morning" He said while attending to other customers. Not giving up on the search for my favorite bread, I went to a small store. I asked the owner, who knew me well, "Any "Queens meal" bread left?" He shook his head, "Sold out but other breads just got delivered now. You want to check them out?" Urrrgh...no, thanks, I'd pass. When will "Queens meal" be available? "Urrhm, you can check back tomorrow morning." He replied while sorting out the other breads that was just delivered. This whole small adventure I had got me thinking. As we all know, we are in the era where choices are abundant and competition is fierce, offering products or services of true value is what keeps customers coming back. Now, inorder to have clients willing to wait for your product or service, it's essential to offer a unique value proposition that they can't find elsewhere. Ask yourself the following questions; What's unique about my product or service that keeps customers coming back?" How do I ensure consistent quality that meets or exceeds customer expectations? What is the main reason new customers choose my product/service over others? By focusing on what makes your product/service special and irreplaceable, you create a strong demand! 📷: Pinterest #30dayLinkedinchallenge #Day16Linkedinchallenge #BrandTrust #ProductExcellence #ServiceQuality

"Tip #7: Create a shopping list in advance. Eliminate junk food and foods that are inessential by creating a shopping list in advance. At the end of the day, you’ll walk away having spent less, and you’ll also have all of the ingredients you’ll need for weekly meals" (https://lnkd.in/e2xwNwiy). This tip is a game-changer. Going to the store and browsing and walking down every aisle is so dangerous. It not only wastes a lot of time but it also leads to spending more money than you anticipated. I have gotten to the point personally where I don't head to the store until I have my list and have actually forgotten things because it wasn't on the list so I didn't get it. It makes shopping trips a lot less painful and you can save so much time and money. Do you like making shopping lists before going grocery or clothing shopping? Let me know in the comments below. Have a blessed day! #savingmoney #shopping #savingtime

Like most people, we’re a sucker for a #dupe at Eq. We also love a pale rosé — which is why Asda’s Whispering Angel dupe, Screaming Devil, got us talking in the office 😈 But aside from our love for good food and drink, what is it about this dupe that saw everyone in the office buy a bottle within 3 days of talking about it? 1. The name — there’s not much else to say here, it speaks for itself. But that’s why we love it so much — clever copywriting and branding ought to stand on its own two feet, without the need for explanation. The perfect juxtaposition 👏🏼 2. Its location — the TikTok content we were served kept Asda synonymous with this wine from the get-go, but the supermarket also kindly made the buying process even easier by placing the product close to the front of the store on its own stand — saving us the trip to the furthest away aisles 🫡 3. That bottle (😍) — just as the thin glass is important, so too is the look of the bottle. People buy with their eyes, after all. A cork without the foil wrapping around the top? Chic! 4. The price tag — as with all dupes, it comes at a significantly lower price than the real deal. So during a cost-of-living crisis, there’s no wonder that dupes are flying off the shelves across all product types. What’s more, Asda very kindly brought the price down a further £3 to £10 during its peak — meaning this bottle basically aligns with the price of any other wine on the shelf, right? 😉 5. The taste — of course, we couldn’t write this post without having actually tried the wine. We’re no Tom Gilbey, but our advice? Save yourself £8 on the expensive stuff, and stock up for when the sun returns (it really is that good!) 😮💨 Who knows how long the dupe subculture will last, but for some smaller brands, it could see them launched onto a global stage overnight if tapped into in the right way. And it goes without saying, we encourage big brands to be respectful — not undercutting small businesses by duping high-quality items made on a smaller scale, which require a higher price point to reflect that quality. Which food/drink dupe should we try next?
