But deep down, I knew it would take a lot of hard work, perseverance, and some luck to get there. 💔 I remember the struggles - of me and my parents — saving every rupee, making sacrifices to focus on education, working late nights, and staying patient through it all. There were days I wondered if I’d ever break through the barriers and achieve even the smallest dreams. ( Our cumulative annual income was less than 60k/year ) Fast forward to an year ago, I was standing at the airport with a boarding pass in my hand. 𝙈𝙮 𝙁𝙄𝙍𝙎𝙏 𝙛𝙡𝙞𝙜𝙝𝙩. 🛫 I couldn’t believe it. 🌟 As the plane took off, I felt like I was leaving behind the limitations that once held me down. The view from the window? Surreal. As I write this note, I am reflecting on the past twelve years of ARK Infosolutions Pvt. Ltd. So many images flash before me, and I pause for a moment to appreciate the incredible journey we've had since 2012. I remember the early days when I used to approve every purchase order in the company. Today, we have matured into an organization where I am not involved in every business detail. We have come a long way since 2012 , and it has been quite a ride. Achieving our initial goal of reaching 100 Cr was a significant milestone, and we continued to scale until the Covid-19 pandemic brought new challenges. Post-Covid, we've experienced rapid growth in some areas while others are still striving for breakthrough growth. 𝐁𝐮𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐢𝐬 𝐰𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐢𝐭’𝐬 𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭. 𝐈𝐟 𝐢𝐭 𝐰𝐚𝐬𝐧’𝐭 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐥𝐨𝐰𝐬, 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐡𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐬 𝐰𝐨𝐮𝐥𝐝 𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐧𝐨 𝐦𝐞𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠. Throughout these twelve years, many aspects of ARK Infosolutions Pvt. Ltd. has transformed and evolved as we had hoped and planned. However, one thing has remained constant – your unwavering dedication. Whether on the business front or back-office support, you have continued like warriors on the path set before you. I want to take this opportunity to express my immense pride in the fact that the fundamental character of ARK Infosolutions Pvt. Ltd. and Team has not changed in the last decade. The qualities of loyalty, ethics, having fun, and respect for individuals, which have served us well during challenging times, are still very much in evidence today. Our overall employee satisfaction score and our 𝐆𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭 𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐜𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤® recognition are testaments to this. Yet, I believe there are many ways we can further climb these scores, which drives me even more. As we empower lives and enhance experiences through our products and solutions in Media & Entertainment, Print, Architecture, Manufacturing, and Education … not many organizations have the privilege to touch lives in such meaningful ways. Looking ahead, I am energized to see what we can achieve in the next ten to twelve years at ARK. I know you all remain ambitious, and so do I.
