This position will work collaboratively with both the Learning For Well-Being Institute (L4WB-i) and the Learning for Well-being Foundation (L4WB-F). 📋 Key Responsibilities: • Provide high-level administrative support to the executive team, acting as the first point of contact for correspondence and calls. • Manage and maintain executive schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements. • Prepare and edit minutes, correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents. • Implement and maintain procedures, databases, and filing systems. • Co-organise events, team retreats, and gatherings. • Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed. 🌍 Location: Remote, with availability between 9:00 CET and 17:00 CET. Conflict resolution among staff 4. Staying updated with technological advancements 5. Competent staff management and cultivating a positive office atmosphere upholding consistent routines, procedures, and standards to maintain regularity and discipline within the organization 6. Monitoring and reporting on the operational activities of each desk to upper management Organizations can provide support to these roles in various ways, aiding them in effectively executing their responsibilities and contributing to the organization's overall success.
