# 454 INTERIORS, Switzerland Dynamic headquarter. A few years ago, this project was very well received, and I wanted to revisit it after recently reading an article about it. I find it still highly relevant today, despite the passage of time and the incredible growth of the company. Founded in 2010 as an innovative start-up, On has grown to become a global leader in the running shoe market. Located in the vibrant Zurich West district, the company's new headquarters, designed by local architects EM2N, accommodates around 1,000 employees in a 17-story building. The interior design by Spillmann Echsle, in collaboration with Specific Generic from Stockholm, complements the building’s architectural logic and creates a spatial connection between the two distinct product development worlds housed within. At the base of the structure, spanning four floors, is the "laboratory," while the upper "quarters" house the marketing, logistics, and sales operations. The ground floor features a reception area with an integrated bar and store. One floor above, a spacious two-story meeting and co-working area is open to external visitors, establishing a connection with the surrounding city. 🙌 What’s your take? While visiting the educational campus of Energie Steiermark AG during our #woodconstruction #studytour a few weeks ago, we experienced from up close how entwined structural design and recruiting potential can be.   Another timber construction aiming for top international talents is the legero united campus. The shoe company´s head office did not only win multiple awards but is smart in many ways. “The fashion business is fast moving. Later this year Stream HPC is moving out to new, larger offices. We have been staying at the World Fashion Center for many years, which is the perfect place for an older startup that is more like a normal company. Since there is quite some availability still, check out https://lnkd.in/eRnv8HHn - spaces of all sizes - easy to move to another office - good renting prices, short-term contracts - frontdesk-service, including mail room - very friendly personnel I think that most people think they only host fashion-companies, but they have a lot of IT-companies right now, but also architecture I know of. Lelylaan-area (or as they like to call it themselves: "West-As", as a reference to the business hub in the South of Amsterdam) is a fast-changing area, too often overlooked.
