🌿 Discover How Gardening Can Bring Teams Closer Together! 🌿 Our recent team-building event at Brightest with the NGO La SAUGE was an incredibly rewarding experience! 🌱 We rolled up our sleeves and got our hands dirty cleaning strawberry plants, removing excess leaves, and trimming overgrown roots to ensure the plants' health and longevity 🍓 Visiting Terre Terre, a place that positively impacts Paris by educating both kids and adults about biodiversity, local food, and respect for nature, was truly inspiring 🌼🌍 This activity allowed us to relax and feel a sense of accomplishment by achieving something tangible together, stepping away from our laptops and connecting with nature 🌳 What are some sustainable team-bonding activities you did with your team that brought you joy and excitement? 👩🌾 A big thank you to the team for participating with such enthusiasm and good spirit! Your dedication and teamwork made this activity not only productive but also a memorable bonding experience 💪 Can't wait for our next get-together! 🌟 Anne van den Huijsen Davis Belilty Chris Bolman Carlo Mancari #TeamBuilding #Gardening #Sustainability

4moCongratulations Nina Benoit on the successful teambuilding event! It sounds like a fantastic experience. Engaging in hands-on activities like gardening is such a great way to connect with nature and each other. I had a similar rewarding experience when my team volunteered at a local school to help with their composting project using worms. The kids were so enthusiastic about learning how to turn food scraps into rich compost for their garden. It was amazing to see their excitement and curiosity grow as they got their hands dirty and understood the process of composting. These kinds of activities not only teach valuable lessons about sustainability but also foster a sense of community and teamwork. It’s always fulfilling to step away from our usual routines and do something that has a tangible positive impact. Looking forward to hearing more about your future initiatives with sustainable practices 🙂
