🌟 LAI Celebrated International Yoga Day🌟 On this International Yoga Day, we're delighted to join millions around the globe in celebrating the profound practice of yoga. LAI came together to perform various yoga postures, the invigorating Surya Namaskar (Salutation au Soleil), and calming breathing exercises. This year marks the 10th International Yoga Day (Journée Internationale du Yoga), with the theme “Yoga for Self and Society.” Participation in the yoga day was focused on relaxing, rejuvenating, and contributing to our overall health and well-being. This experience not only helped us unwind but also reinforced the importance of integrating wellness practices into our daily lives. Revisiting the fundamentals of yoga, eg the application, and for me, their physical manifestation of the Yama’s is a truly fascinating journey, as it’s like waking up to familiar surroundings but all of a sudden having another sense join in its appreciation for the wonder of it all. Even when basics of yoga now seem to be which flow and what attire you may wear; actually bringing posture to life is for me, the first, only and most essential element to any yoga practice… After all, without this, what are we actually doing? Anyone have any answers??
