This servo pad printing machine is fully automatic. The parts in nylon are aligned by a bowl feeder and horizontal one to a first step of checking with 3 position sensors. Once the machine verifies that all the 3 pieces are present, the in-line vibrator pushes them forward for plasma treatment and then pad printing. The parts end up in a conveyor belt for a quick air treatment before falling into the bin.
