7. No hovering over shoulders. Trust your team to handle business.
8. Embrace the chaos of trying new stuff.
9. Keep it real with your squad. Transparency is key.
10. Show your team you've got their backs.
11. Give props in public, but keep the gripes behind closed doors.
And most importantly, make 'em feel like they own the place.
When your team's emotionally invested, they'll bring their A-game every day.
