Are you struggling with gain settings while detecting fluorescent enzymatic assays? The Enhanced Dynamic Range (EDR) on the CLARIOstar Plus microplate reader eliminates the need for gain adjustment and repetitive optimization measurements. Here, we show a case study based on the detection of a fluorescent β-gal enzyme assay. The EDR technology allows the detection of very bright and very dim samples on the same plate by covering a dynamic range of 8 concentration decades.
