I work with big-picture thinkers to create a path towards a phenomenal financial future and enjoy unshakeable calm. If you’d like to know more, check out the video in my “FEATURED" section below.
Life will happen to you. There are external factors that are outside of our control. Your state of balance when life happens will determine whether you stay on the green line, or plummet to the red. And that you can control. Balance gives you stability and options. You avoid feeling trapped in a straitjacket. Financially we might be aware of scary things potentially ahead. Chances are things are going to be a lot more expensive in thirty years. There might be more taxes to pay, increased medical costs, and innovative technologies to enjoy. How are you going to pay for your lifestyle when your income stops at retirement? What if you become seriously disabled between now and then? You have two options. Option One: Take the hit and hope it doesn’t hurt that much. If you do, you're asking for your life to get smaller and smaller. Wouldn’t it be better to see if you can prepare for it? Not simply hunkering down your life into a hole until a potential storm passes. But instead having the freedom to move about freely despite the storms. You deserve to have the financial balance of an Olympic gymnast. But to do that, you need to know where you need balance. There are six key factors to be financially balanced, and each plays a significant role in your financial health. Understanding how financially balanced you are now can help you identify areas you can improve. So, when it comes to the six key areas of financial balance, how agile are you? Do you want Olympic-level skill in your financial world? Comment “GYMNAST” to access our “Gold Medal Response Model.” #OptimalFinancialWellness #EngineeredBalance #FinancialBalance #FinancialPlanning

🌟 How many of us start the week with a to do list? Most of us I imagine. But how many of us include things that prioritise physical, social and mental health too? Be honest?! 🌟 As we navigate through our careers, it's easy to get caught up in the hustle and forget about the most important asset we possess: our health. Whether you're climbing the corporate ladder or building your own business, it's crucial to remember that our well-being is the foundation upon which all our successes are built. 🧠 Mental Health: Taking breaks, managing stress, and nurturing your mental health are vital. Burnout doesn't just affect your productivity today; it can have long-term consequences on your overall health and happiness. 💪 Physical Health: Regular exercise, a balanced diet, and adequate sleep are non-negotiables. These habits not only boost your performance at work but also ensure that you have the vitality to enjoy your retirement years. 🤝 Social Health: Building and maintaining meaningful relationships can provide emotional support and contribute to a longer, healthier life. Investing time and effort in your health now means you can truly enjoy the fruits of your labour later. Imagine a retirement where you’re not limited by health issues but are instead free to explore, travel, and cherish it with the people you love most. At the heart of my practice is a commitment to helping you build a balanced and fulfilling life. By focusing on your financial health, we’re aiming for a holistic well-being that enriches every aspect of your life. Your future self will thank you! 🌱💼 #HealthInvestment #WorkLifeBalance #FuturePlanning #HealthyLiving #RetirementGoals

In the August 2024 issue of the AAII Journal, Meir Statman explores the pivotal role of financial stability in achieving overall life well-being. The article highlights the interconnectedness of financial well-being with other life domains such as family, health, work, and social relationships, emphasizing that financial security is foundational to supporting all these aspects. Statman discusses how financial stability reduces stress and enhances life satisfaction, offering utilitarian, expressive, and emotional benefits. He references research showing that higher income levels improve both evaluative and experienced well-being, refuting that happiness plateaus beyond a certain income threshold. Statman also introduces the concept of life well-being as a portfolio, akin to an investment portfolio, where balance and diversification across life domains are crucial for overall satisfaction. He underscores the importance of aligning aspirations with life circumstances to boost well-being, especially as individuals navigate different life stages. Through personal anecdotes and insights, Statman illustrates the profound impact of financial security on achieving a balanced, fulfilling life. #FinancialWellbeing #LifeSatisfaction #BehavioralFinance #FinancialStability #Wellbeing #LifeGoals #Happiness

Building Wealth, Creating Legacies; I specialize in helping successful families grow & preserve their wealth, to live & leave a legacy using the 360 F.I.R.E-proof system
𝐃𝐨 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐝𝐨 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐫𝐞𝐩𝐬 𝐟𝐚𝐬𝐭 𝐨𝐫 𝐝𝐨 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐝𝐨 𝐢𝐭 𝐬𝐥𝐨𝐰? How do you exercise, do you just go through the motion to finish it as fast as possible, or do you take it slow and feel every move you make? Preston Sin, my health transformation coach, taught me to slow down my reps because it will build my muscles better. Focus on the movement rather than just getting it done asap. I find there are similarities in us living our life as well, do we just live to complete our task or do we take each step slowly but do it purposefully? The outcome of the way we do our life will differ, someone who just rushes through things might not be as detailed but can complete more tasks. However, someone who takes things slow might not be able to complete as many things, yet might master that skill better. I believe there's no absolute right or wrong, different task require us to do things differently. One thing we all need to slow down is our mind, have a 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐟𝐮𝐥 𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐝 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐬𝐩𝐢𝐫𝐢𝐭. We need to take it slow in our mind or risk mental health issues. Stress is not inactivity but restful activity. Whatever we do we do it with a clear, peaceful, restful mind. That way we can go far, not just go fast. Which areas in your life do you think it benefits if you take it fast and which is beneficial if you take it slow? Share your thoughts in the comments below. -------------------- David Joshua Lee, Financial Advisor, Generational Wealth Building Thought Leader, Retirement Planning Strategist. #FitnessJourney #HealthTransformation #SlowAndSteady

Popular opinion. True wealth creation for retirement ISN’T just about financial planning. It’s also about building: ✅ Physical Wealth ✅ Social Wealth ✅ Time Wealth Because if you’re not putting an equal amount of thought and effort into ALL areas of your personal wealth, your future is being built on sand. Health is wealth. But so having the time and people around you to enjoy it as well. Have a great Monday.😁 #burnoutprevention #worktolive #familyfirst #healthiswealth I’m Zane McCormack and I’m your burnout prevention coach. DM’s are always open if you’d like to chat about how I can help you avoid burnout and step back into the life you’ve chosen.

Unlocking Financial Potential for Dedicated Professionals | Ex-Goldman Sachs | Financial Wellbeing Expert
Seeking financial wellness doesn’t mean you’re poor. In fact, it can (and likely) means the opposite. It means you: - Recognise something’s holding you back. - Fundamentally know the answer isn’t to work harder. - Believe you’re capable and worthy of long-term wealth. Heck, most people I’ve spoken to have childhood memories of living in abundance. They know their parents tried the best they could. They’re grateful, hardworking, and want to make their families proud. However, something changed for them along the way. Perhaps it was: - Not feeling recognised at work. - Realising inflation was killing their dreams. - Watching their friends enjoy their wealth more openly. That triggered them to gradually operate out of scarcity. And as a result, they subconsciously chased anything to feel “better”. For many of us: We need to pinpoint at what point we started to feel negatively about ourselves and our finances, and to reframe our feelings about that experience. This can seem trivial. But wow, can it make a difference! The downside? You go back to feeling the way you do. The upside? You change your outlook towards money and your growth potential forever. TL;DR: Pursuing financial wellness is a sign of realising you’re capable of more. Try this practical technique to pinpoint and reframe our negative feelings about money. ~~~ 🤔 At what point did your attitude shift about money? ♻️ Reshare if this hits home. 🔔 Follow for practical money mindset insights #MoneyMindset #FinancialWellbeing #SelfDevelopment #LimitingBeliefs
