During our monthly office team meeting we always open with a question. Most of the time it is share a win or share something you are learning. This time we changed it up and we asked the question. I feel supported when? It is pretty amazing when you just take the time to ask a question like this. It is like a playbook on how to make your team feel more supported and a team that feels more supported is one that happier and is more productive.
