This video features the song "Hujan" and I imagined it as a Disney animation. I utilized Dall-E 3 to draw the scenes, RunWay ML for animation, and CapCut for video editing. I'm fully aware that my AI-powered project isn't flawless, but that's the beauty of it! AI is still in its early stages, but its potential for creative professionals like us is immense. Most AI video systems fall into one of three buckets: text-to-video, image-to-video, video-to-video. All of these systems struggle with expressing a director or creator's intent. None of them allow for acting, camera work, keyframing, precise movement, set reusability, controlled actions, etc. These are very difficult systems to work with, and creators often feel like they're repeatedly rolling the dice with paragraphs of intricate prompts. The next generation of systems will embrace animation, acting, and directing. They'll speed up creative workflows 1000x and reduce the costs 10,000x. It's not only fully conceivable that individual animators will be able to launch their own Pixar films directly from home, but the new tools will eventually transcend simple linear narrative storytelling, letting creatives breathe life into worlds that their fans will truly inhabit. We're so excited for the next few years.

It's been a couple of months since my last post on using #genai to create animation/videos The number of tools available now is incredible, below is an amalgamation of what I've been experimenting with over the last few months. Everything in the video is AI generated and I did it all on my phone. What do you think this capability will mean for advertising and music video production? Workflow Midjourney - used for image Magnific - Upscale some of the images Runway - director mode and magic brush to animate ChatGPT - to help come up with voice-over script for the animation ElevenLabs - to generate spoken word CapCut - to put it all together

We can see also a lot of tools that will serve as a helpful companion to our daily job.
