Pegmatites return up to 𝟮.𝟮𝟰% 𝗟𝗶𝟮𝗢 at our Barbara Lake #Lithium Project, Ontario, #Canada, with #discovery of fractionated in-situ pegmatite & multiple outcrop #exploration targets: https://lnkd.in/g78TUK7s Stripping work is planned in upcoming field season to assess size and #potential for lithium #mineralisation. In addition, further #mapping and #sampling is planned for our Greenbush project after the Northern Winter. #Results for 39 assays from sampling at our newly acquired Reid-Aylmer Lithium Project in Canada's Northwest Territories are expected in the March quarter 2024. Managing Director Mark Calderwood said: “We are encouraged by the discovery of highly fractionated in-situ pegmatite and several spodumene-bearing pegmatite boulders at the Barbara Lake Lithium project. Additional sampling at Greenbush South was constrained to small areas, however we have now confirmed there are numerous pegmatites accessible for sampling next season.”

[NEWS] LithiumBank Reports >3000 mg/L Lithium and >98% Recovery from Direct Lithium Extraction Test Work on brine from our Boardwalk Lithium Brine Project - G2L DLE produced lithium eluate concentration of > 3,000 mg/L (3 g/L) Li. This represents: o Greater than 40 fold increase in lithium concentration from feedstock; and o Greater than 40 fold volume reduction of brine post DLE processing. - Reagents used in the G2L DLE processing are approximately a third of the cost of those used in the DLE process that was used in the Company’s maiden Boardwalk PEA published in May 2023. The reagents in the existing PEA accounted for 54% of the total operating costs. - Results anticipated to be included in an updated Boardwalk PEA expected in late 2023. Opinaca – Phase II Scheduled for late August, phase II will consist of infill till sampling in the areas identified in Phase I as the heads of the gold and lithium till trains. More detailed mapping and outcrop prospecting will continue in these areas with a goal of defining a possible bedrock source for the gold and lithium targets. $TEX.C #Lithium #CleanEnergy

First Phosphate Corp (CSE: PHOS) said it welcomed the province of Quebec’s decision to include #phosphate in its new critical #minerals list. The Quebec Minister of Natural Resources and Forests, Maïté Blanchette Vézina's unveiled the 2023-2025 Action Plan for the implementation of the Quebec Plan for the development of Critical and Strategic Minerals 2020-2025 this week. Quebec joins other jurisdictions such as the Province of Ontario, the European Union, and South Korea in recognizing phosphate as a #criticalmineral. Anticipation now turns to the decision by the Governments of Canada and the United States on the critical and strategic status of phosphate, expected in 2024 or beyond. Argus Phosphate Rock Analytics indicates a projected 61% decline in current North American phosphate production by 2037. More at #Proactive #ProactiveInvestors http://ow.ly/L62V105b2Eq

N-fluoro-N-(fluoro-sulfonyl)-carbamate with a sulfur(VI) fluoride mediated amidation resulting in hydrosulfonamidation (HSA) of alkenes using palladium catalysis The protocol enables high-value utilization of alkane by combining the dehydrogenation process. The generated N-alkyl products exhibit a unique reactivity of sulfur(VI) fluorides, which can be directly transferred to N-alkyl sulfamides or amines via the sulfur(VI) fluoride exchange reaction, thereby streamlining their synthesis

Extraction of Cobalt Hydroxide from Hydrodesulfurization spent catalyst. This process is a multistage one as the Hydrodesulfurization spent catalyst composed of Cobalt molybdate CoMoO4 supported on alumina matrix Al2O3. So, First step is the separation of Cobalt molybdate from alumina and the second one is to separate and purify Cobalt and Molybdenum.
