"It's not all about talent. It's about dependability, consistency, and being able to improve. If you work hard and you're coachable, and you understand what you need to do, you can improve". It was a busy week for our team but we always make sure that we check them as to how they are doing on a weekly basis. Our weekly team meeting serves as a platform that we allow our team members to speak on their individual tasks, updates and even do banters which makes it more fun. The guidance of our manager and higher leadership have always been comforting and uplifting that I am always looking forward to echo this even during coaching sessions.❤️ #XtendOps #TeamAlvin #TeamLance #TrainingTeam #PeopleDevelopment
