Sometimes a helping hand or supportive gesture can go a long way, and our associates often provide that for one another. During the recent “Choose Your Hue” event, many associates showed their support for team members and loved ones that are currently battling cancer by making their own ribbon pins and wearing them in support. We are proud to see our associates provide comfort to others during tough times, and we send our support to all families impacted by cancer.

What you can learn from St. Jude Children's Research Hospital - ALSAC YouTube videos: They don't focus on their organization. They don't focus on the number of people they help. They focus on one child at a time. Each two-minute clip features another parent or child talking about their struggle with cancer, and how St. Jude stepped into help. They're raw. They're authentic. And they dig into real stories of real people and their struggles with cancer. Yes, zooming out on the larger impact of your organization can be powerful. But don't forget what's key: Drawing supporters into real stories of individuals impacted by your organization.

Turning Challenges into Strength Ever been handed a challenge that felt impossible? A colleague of mine once had a project way out of her comfort zone. She could’ve backed down, but she didn’t. That challenge made her stronger and more confident. Challenges are the building blocks of your future strength. This week, when things get tough, remember you’re becoming stronger with every obstacle. On Breast Cancer Awareness: 🎀 Support a breast cancer fighter by helping them with daily tasks. Small acts of kindness go a long way. 🎀 Share the importance of early detection with your community. Strength lies in prevention, too. What challenge are you facing this week? Let’s overcome them together! #MondayMotivation #StrengthInChallenges #BreastCancerAwareness #SupportTheFight

On Wednesdays, we wear pink! October is a month for us to bring more awareness to breast cancer prevention. As women, it is critical for us to proactively monitor for this (now) 2nd most diagnosed cancer. #wewearpink #breastcancerawareness Also thankful we were able to attend the "Leading Boldly" speaker session with our own Tiffany Benitez- CSM, SAFe, ITIL. Lots of great takeaways! 1. To show up as your whole self, you have to know yourself! 2. Be bold, but humble 3. You're not the victim, you're the victor!! 4. Focus with intentionality
