Provocative cover highlighting the important safety bridge with the rabies vaccine to prevent dire consequences from animal bites. Very common in India

A very insightful cover page for the journal, reflecting the extreme stray dogs menace in India, represented by the lady in a saree, and the increasing number of cases of rabies observed. Vaccination and sterilization needs to be done massively. Unfortunately corruption and greed are major hindrances in this country.
