I have a prediction for the infused beverage industry. Personally, I believe the biggest drink style of this industry long-term is going to be infused NA Beer. The Hops have naturally occurring terpenes already and adding more will only enhance the uniqueness of the drink. You can infuse either with strain specific flavors or flavorless. This can allow you to create a product that is unique to the category or to create a product that already has a built in consumer base and we can measure the tastiness of the product directly against other beers of that style. I love seltzers, sodas, mocktails, etc. I just believe the beer category is going to be #1 eventually. What do you think? Am I way off base?

I think this wave is coming Bob Galligan has done some great work on making this type of product more of a reality Some of the constraints come from TTB regulation and jurisdiction but once a fermented beer has been produced in a TTB licensed facility and has been dealcoholized, it no longer falls under TTB purview. But the terminology and language used on the label is super important. Now, breweries can use the same equipment to produce beer that they do for THC drinks so that helps But all in all this took some ingenuity to make progress on it. While it may be way more complicated than a seltzer, this product type may get rolling shortly. Bauhaus has a great option here locally

I think you are right on target with this, Lars. My husband and his friends, who are craft beer fans and not really into traditional cannabis consumption, would love this. There’s definitely a large, untapped market for this type of beverage.
