#Ultrasonicwirebonding (UWB), the preferred method for #electricvehicle wire-to-battery pack connection, demands high surface cleanliness. Yet, decontaminating battery terminals proves challenging and time-intensive. EWI's recent study utilized #laser cleaning technology on #batteries before UWB with aluminum wire. The results highlighted laser cleaning's efficacy in enhancing UWB performance on contaminated cells.
